Hello everyone,

I am still an amateur, but practicing quite a bit with photography. I am very into sports and action photography, but decided to try my cup of tea in portrait work. I have two strobes, a 430ex and played around with some lighting the other night with the girlfriend.

It was my first time doing portraits, her first time posing and my first time doing any kind of editing for a glamour shot.

Any C&C are appreciated. How is my lighting? How is the editing? Please keep in mind the photo wasn't shot in a studio, just my small bedroom with 2 strobes and a flash.

Thanks,

Bryan

How about a B&W version with some blur to her shoulder area.

Nice shot! One thing that I would change is to get rid of the veins in her eye. Because the pic looks very processed (nice, soft effect) it looks too "high fashion" to have visible veins...
