I am new to doing slideshows, and i am trying prowshow producer. I like being able to use several pictures in one slide. Are there other programs that will allow this at a lower cost? Would someone be kind enough to check out these beautiful demos and tell me how'd they do that. I have never seen such beautiful shows. I know alot of you like it more simple, but there are some people who would love these. Are there programs that have these options?

check out this , do the wedding demo. http://www.everlastingimprints.com/Demos.html

Welcome to the forum. Don't fret just yet. It has only been an hour since your original post. This section of the forum doesn't move very fast so it may take some time for members to see it.

On the same page that you posted this thread, look for "Slideshow software "

It may be a shot in the dark, but why don't you contact the company and ask them what software they use. You might be suprised to find out that they wrote their own, in which case you won't be able to get a copy.

Adobe Premier Elements. Microsoft Photo Story. When everything fails, google.

Could be ProShow Gold or ProShow Producer. The second of those two is the more expensive option but has many more features than the Gold version. You can find their website here. (http://www.photodex.com/)

There are many software options available that can do this kind of thing that the only person that will really know for sure is the author of it. As mentioned above, try contacting them directly.

Classy, those are amazing slideshows. I've been playing around with Adobe Premier Elements 3.0. I don't think it can do all the fancy stuff they were doing but I haven't tried all the transitions yet to know for sure. You can download a trial version for free from the adobe site if you like. Good luck!

I did attend a seminar by George Lepp (http://ordovergallery.com/GeorgeLepp/) and he had an awesome slideshow of his photographs interlaced with very nice transitions and music. All he used was PowerPoint.

He said you'd have to dig in to look for those features and effects.

I made a similar style slide show of my boy's 3rd B'day party using Pro-Show Gold. I would recommed it, easy learning curve.
