Some are really funny!

I had the habit to leave my mouth open while taking pictures. Took me a few weeks of training to keep it shut. :o :o

And, it matches his waist pack for something of a "cascading" look.

Which raises an interesting question: when looking through the viewfinder, do you close the other eye?

I was going to say I have to close my other eye, but I just did some test shots with my 10D and figured out it doesn't make a difference.

With my Fuji 2800z for some reason it did.

Or so I seem to remember. Its been what? Three weeks since I've had my 10D and the Fuji is becoming a faint, faint memory.

(Still, I have to say here, for less than $300 that camera gave me damn fine shots and with a 6x zoom no less!)

Anyway...

Here's my shot of (mostly) American photogs at the "We Hate Tom Sneddon" rally at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse on January 15, 2004.

The guy framing the right-hand side of the pic is a co-worker of my husband's at the SB News-Press.

(My husband's a systems manager, not a newsie or photog.)

They were all focusing on this girl (http://www.fotolog.net/teragram/?photo_id=4778599) as she danced like Michael Jackson.

FWiW there's six images in the series. Story starts here. (http://www.fotolog.net/teragram/?photo_id=4776814)
