Here's a photo of my little baby poodle name Lilbit, he's my baby he's 14 year old as you can see he's in a mess, it's time for his grooming again back to pet's mart we go. :roll:

Again, the indoor setting doesn't do anything to this photo.

Maybe if you shoot the dog at his eye level (the G3 swiveling screen should be perfect for that) and blur the background.

Meaning, zoom the lens 4x..........Try to frame most of the dogs face in the photo..........Use F3 in AV mode..........And shoot!!! See what that delivers.

Or just use portrait mode in your auto dial.

Also, outdoor with a more natural background would give this photo more ooomph!!!!.

I am not sure that the angle adds. This is a beautiful dog, and that should be the focus.
