Hello!
I have an s100 and winxp. I've installed the WIA 3.9.1 driver and got everything to work. But I unplugged the usb cable and when I reconnected it, my computer wouldn't recognize the new hardware. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything numerous times, and it still won't work.
I've noticed that there was a folder called Canon_DC in my Windows\Twain_32 folder, but I don't know how it got there. It contains contents from the driver. I took that folder out and reinstalled the driver, but the folder wasn't put back there. Can anyone help me with this problem?
