besides all your bodies, lenses, and flash what is in your bag? i know i probably go over board but then i again i like to be prepared for everything. i have a lowepro nova 4( works great but thinking of going to the nova 5). but besides my basics i also have:

2 large zip lock bags( basically just extra protection from the elements, had them 2 years, never used them yet)
instruction booklet for cameras
small maglite flashlite
tylenol
memory card reader with short usb cable
small note pad
batteries( extra for point and shoot)
my 20D battery charger( with universal 220V plug adapter for when i am in europe)
rolled up rain ponco ( about the size of a hot dog bun)

so what extras do you guys carry that you use or never use?

I don't keep anything in my bag that I never use. Kinda hate to add more weight than I have to. It's already 35lbs and growing.

I sure hope you don't get them confused and start shooting with the wrong item.
