Hi...my first post to P. O. T. N.
When I was at a leatherworks convention(leather working tools, sewing machines and so on) this weekend, I stopped by one display with some very well made and beautiful solid silver belt buckles and other items for sale.
I asked the vendor if he minded if I took a few shots of his work, and was granted permission after much discussion about not publishing the photos online. His concern was cheap overseas reproductions devauling his artwork.
I have ran across this before, but if I have a shot that I want to share with the world, what are my photographers ethics?
Non of the other vendors raised objections.....and if I will try to submit some event photos later on.
