I'm looking for a frame to enable mounting some of the larger handle bar type flashes for dimly lit indoor work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I own a Canon 10D at present. I don't own any external shoe mount type flashes at present, only studio lights. I need to gear up for more photo journalist type shots and need to be mobile. Subjects will be people.
