I think its a dress makers stall
I thought that as soon as I saw the way the material was rucked around the model.
not finished but showing all the many different colours and materials on offer.
( seems)she's offering her talents like this and will make up dresses for anyone who requires her special type of work, maybe for dancers and others
(maybe not
maybe just selling second hand stuff , finished with but can be used again and again by artists on occasions when they are needed)

its a great idea :cool:
