Is this the book your looking for here (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Understanding-Exposure-Photographs-Digital-Camera/dp/0817463003/sr=8-1/qid=1163357833/ref=pd_ka_1/026-5480412-2781205?ie=UTF8&s=books)
if so i can highly reccomend it for a begginer ..it explains all the relationships between speed, aperture and iso and goes on to explain how to get good, correct exposure on photos..a must have book for the begginer and also worthwhile rereading for the more experianced to relearn old techniques!

I agree, one of the best book ever written about exposure.

I have 4 of his books. They are all very informative, but slightly overlapping.
I highly recommend them for anyone trying to learn about photography. They speak in plain language and give you exercises to practice.
