Can someone enlighten me as to what Canon chemical memory (film) camera model is most similar to the 10D in size, feel and function? I'd like to pack a film body that will accept all of my lenses, flash, etc that I have or will acquire for my 10D. Looking at several for sale on eBay, the Elan7 looks a lot like a 10D, even the same selector wheels on back and top.
Your input is appreciated.

The Elan 7 will use all the functions of the EX flashes like the 10D, which may be the biggest difference from some of the older EOS film cameras. And all of the EF lenses in the EOS system will work on any EOS body.
You may want to check www.canoneos.com and download or view the EOS system chart. Since the Elan 7 is still a current Canon model, all of the common accessories will be shown there.
Hope this helps.

First the Elan 7 & then the Elan II, I use the Elan II as backup and for speciality films.
