Hi

I want to take a photo of primroses at dusk. For a few minutes each day, the almost glow at dusk and stand out more then anything else around. I think this maybe because they reflect a lot of UV. If so, how can I enhance the UV in a photo? Is there an appropriate filter? I've tried without filters and don't get the effect I want at all (and the photo doesn't look how I see the scene)

Any ideas? It will soon be primrose time so I want to try again this year.

Thanks

A standard UV filter just might help block any UV that are being recorded by the CCD/CMOS and changing the colour from what you expect.

Flowers and some clothing are about the hardest to record at 'true' colour due to presence of UV and IR light waves.
