There are so many things to say about this shot I don't even know where to begin...........

Cute subject..........

Interesting perspective but not the best (IMO).

Lets try this again shall we?? It doesn't take that much time........Pick a better lit area. Make sure to highlight the subject (i.e. the face)...... Clone out distracting background (or better yet) pick a non-distracting/prettier background...............and give it more "oooomph"!!! Then post it here for our praises.
