Other than straightening the tower... It would be interesting to have the foreground (fountains) centered. This would creat a triangle with the tower as the point of interest. :)

Maybe try a different time of day too, as the light is pretty flat. The closer to dawn or dusk the better usually. ;)

And give it some "pop"! :) Run some manual levels...

Hard to do better in those conditions in my opinion... the light (sky) wasn't the best...
