Nice one Chris. I worked in Birmingham between 1985-1989, and have not been back since, so this version is new to me. How long was your exposure?

Brum is transformed. It's now a great city to live in. I have really enjoyed my year here, tho' must relocate to London (again!!) early 2007 :-(
I know exactly where you stood Chris, tho' I have resisted the urge to shoot the building thus far.

Hi John,
thanks, it was a 1 sec exposure at f11, just after sunset. I was there for 2 days on a training course. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised.
Condyk,
its finding a different angle that is most difficult, I wanted to catch some movement as well, and was a little concerned I might get kicked out of the carpark before I was happy, but no problems ;-)

Tremendous shot, the place looks quite futuristic

Very cool, a nice selection of patterned texture, especially the honeycomb-ish pattern on the left structure, and the arches on the tunnel. Very nice alternations of straight lines and slight curvature throughout. Dig it!
