Hmmmmm...........

I think it would've been better if that concrete border is straight.

Otherwise, the whole photo looks spooky........

Just lacking that "ooomph" IMO.

This shot does it for me! I like what you've done. It's a shot that leaves me asking questions... Where is it? What kind of day was it? Who was there? etc. Not questions that I want answers to but things that draw me in to the shot. It might be better if there was more contrast i.e. so the shadow lines look more stark. I wonder too what it might have looked like from a lower angle or even with another component in the shot. I don't know..... Just thinking out loud

Nice , but needs more depth. It's kind of "flat"...
Something is missing (but I can't say what..)

...a keeper for sure! At the spot I would probably had experimented taking other photos with different compositions, especially to figure out what would be the best angle for the sidewalk. Have you tried cropping the photo to a perfect square?

I would name it "Paths of Life"

Well done! :D

Also browsed your site. Probably the best shadow pic so far!
How do get that light effect on yard.jpg?

Hello and thanks for crit. I guess i should have used a red filter for my shadow pic. It would have made it more contrasty. Ive been back there and the sun will not move the shadow to a straight curb to even it out. Oh well...

As for my yard pic in my gallery, there was a mini dust storm in my back yard. It was about mid 4 in the after noon and no clouds. I just got lucky.

thanks and look forward to viewing everyones work
