Do any of you have this lens, how do you like it. I am between 3 lenses, this one, the 28-135 IS and the 70-200mm f/4.0 L
I like to photograph sports and wildlife along with landscapes but am finding out there is not one lens for everything.
You guys can see my other lenses in my signature Help me decide.

It's a good lens. I have it, but honestly don't use it any more because I now have the range covered with L lenses. The IS is very useful, especially at the longer end of the lens.
Speaking of L lenses, you might want to consider the 70-200 f/4. It's not as long, doesn't have IS, but is a great piece of equipment. The optics are fantastic. Pricewise, it's just a little more than the 75-300.

I am considering that lens, B&H does not have it in stock but guess I can look elsewhere.

Denny,
I have both the Canon 75 - 300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM and the Canon 28 - 135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM. Having both of these lenses gives me most all of the range that I need. My only item left for the wish list is a macro lens.
I have two young sons, who play sports. The IS on both lenses has been great:
- For sports with no camera shake.
- School events in the gym with poor lighting that requires longer shutter
times.
If I could afford them I would go with the L series lenses, but these have great optics too.
