Way to save video from my S400 straight to the hard drive?

So I can make videos longer than 3minutes??

Connect it to a composite input on your PC (ie. on a TV card or AIW graphics card) and you can record from it almost like a webcam, if you set it in movie mode. You'll need some sort of capture software in which you can select your composite input as the source.

You'll be limited by the length of your lead of course !

One concern may be the camera getting too hot if you record for long periods of time, though.

Sorry I did not reply sooner. What I always do is to download the whole cf card to my computer as files. Then I use Veedub to join all the short video clips togather.
