Thanks for comments.

greats shots are those pictures handheld ?

All pictures were taken using tripod as exposure times were quite long (5-15 seconds).

HDR?

HDR?

No HDR but I used digital blending (see http://www.luminous-landscape.com/tutorials/digital-blending.shtml) (http://www.luminous-landscape.com/tutorials/digital-blending.shtml%29). I merged two differently exposed versions of one RAW file. It helps a bit to recover details in lighly lit parts of pictures. Other post-processing done is adding more contrast, very minor retouching with clone tool in couple of these pictures, NoiseNinja to remove noise and finally unsharp mask.

Great shots there, love that dynamic range there. Kind of looks like those stylish photos you see in stylish cafes...

those are so beautiful. I still don' t know how to use my 10D , I've been so busy. :( && I wish there was something that taught how to use it.. that manual is like 200 pages and I printed it out & it says COPY on it.. argh!!

Thanks for comments. In a way I find night photography to be the simpliest kind of photography. A view which looks completly boring in daylight magically turns into marvelous view rich with beatiful colors. I get much more keepers from my night shots then from my day shots.

A lovely set of photographs, I always think London looks better after dark or perhaps it because I am from up north lol
