Beautiful flower shot and great idea. I don't think I've ever seen a flower done quite this way. Would you mind telling your setup to acheive the photo?

That's a great shot. How many attempts did it take to catch the water drop in the frame just the way you wanted it to?

I think it's a beautiful shot, the lightness on the flower against a very dark background looks good in this image. With the water droplets and rippling reflection makes it good, well done.

Thanks for your comments
Packhorse-4: I've done this about 50 times and I still not sure I have one I'm completely satisfied with
jra: the setup is the flower is on a stand over hanging a pan with a glossy black plate in it, one light camera right a few degrees and one light 90 degrees left
Anthony: thanks for your comments.
I'm almost satisfied with this shot I'm going to try a shallower pan to try a get more pop in the reflection.

I did one that looks very much like this, except I did it on a front surface mirror. My Stargazer was darker also. I think your's would look really great with out the drop. The ripples add to it, but the drop ruins the effect. Nice job over all though.

Of the last two you posted, I like the smoothness of the 2nd to last better but the last one is very interesting with the wavyness of it. And both are better, in my opinion, than the first with the drops. Nice job.
