This was taken in a middle school gym. I've seen much better from you guys but there just may not be enough light. Maybe I want too much but during editing it looks really noisey. Please C&C .

BTW this was at 1/400 sec, f/2.2, ISO 1600.

whats wrong with it. factoring in middle school lighting... not really sure what more you want. You can always go the route of Noise Ninja, and that will kill off some more of the noise but unless you are carefull it will also soften the image. I think your ok with this.

Noise reducer and you ae done! welcome to my middle school world...LOL

ps, the main thing I can say is the better the exposure the less the noise. Some shots I get have no noise at all...BUT to be perfectly honest, with me at least, its PURE luck....LOL
