I have been reading and looking at a lot of sports posts since I signed on and have learned so much from everyones comments, but I have always been a little gun shy about asking for comments..until today.
On Saturday I shot the Illinois 8A football semi-final between York and Wheaton Warrenville South and have a good feeling about what I have posted, I know some could have been much better, but I would like some comments from some of you who have been there and done that more than I have, Here's the link:

Thanks for taking the time to read, look and comment!

Well, for the most part they are just fine images. My only advice would be to get down field a little further. You have a lot of images from the back of the play. But other then that, not a bad day at the field. Cheers.

I like them. The only suggestion I might offer is that you try saturating them a little more considering it was a grey, overcast day. Also, play with adding a little contrast too, to see if that produced a more appealing shot for you. PLaying with those two areas might make them "pop" a little more.

Thanks for the feedback!
Mark:
Our backs weren't able to get much penetration through the line so I felt in some cases that the best shots were from behind the line. I agree, sometimes not much to look at there.
Ben:
I had adjusted the contrast on some of the images but I didn't want to add too much. I will go back to the originals and do some playing around.
Thanks again for the help!!

Some of the pics are quite nice.
Behind the line of scrimmage can be a good place to shoot some things, but I also really prefer being in front of it. I get annoyed when I only shoot people running away from me, although there are some situations where that is the best spot to shoot from.
btw,
Tough shutout for your guys last week. WWS is a team on a mission, and their running back truly is a stud.
