Bill's '72 Camaro is "numbers matching". The 350cid engine has a mild cam & a 2-speed auto trans.
He's had it for 1 year & puts on about 5,000 miles a year.

Nice shots of an awesome car. What lens are you using for the interior shot? It's the perfect angle for a shot like that. :)

If indeed it is a "numbers matching" Camaro it would have a 3-speed auto trans, which tends to agree with the interior pic (B&M shifter). Beautiful car and great pics as always.

What lens are you using for the interior shot? The 28-70 F/2.8 It's pretty good for cars, but the 17-40 might be better for most car meets. If indeed it is a "numbers matching" Camaro it would have a 3-speed auto trans, Good point, but "Numbers matching" seems to have some slack built into the definition(s). ;)
Thanks for the comments everyone! Sorry about the ones that you used to have. I know the feeling. :D

a turbocharged jelly mould :D , still don't like the dice in such a lovely looking car; in the UK at least they carry a certain 'Essex boy' stigma which is hard to ignore ;)

why no shots of the 3rd gen nex to it So many cars... so little time when the light is good! ;) a turbocharged jelly mould :D Here, dice are a fact of life, like the tassels from a graduation hat hanging from the mirror. I like that car It has "the look", doesn't it?
Thanks again, for the comments!

4462 cars in 72 were optioned with the m35 2 spd...so its possible it is a 100% numbers matching

I'm no expert by any means.... but, the 2 speed powerglide was last available in the Camaro in 68. I think the "m35" your refering to is actually the THM350 which is the TurboHydroMatic 350, 3 speed. This is only as accurate as my reference matierial.

nope...my reference material is 100% accurate...its a 2spd glide...the other trans avaliable was a a m40 turbo hydromatic which is the th350 an the m20,m21 and m22...the year you're thinking of is the 1973 model
my source is camaro white book and camaro id number 67-93
