what shutter speed do you use for MX ? I dont want to stop the wheels. I want to have the wheels spinning I tryed this but I only got a few that where ok the rest where to blury the last picture is the best as as in focus but I cut his head off

were you panning? thats the trick... pan with a slow shutter.. i dont know how slow. mabey 1/125?? i guess its all a trial and error thing, the more you do it the better youll be.

Only the last link was to a file that included the EXIF data, and that indicated 1/125 second shutter speed. I think you can assume, based on that shot, that 1/125 or slower will be fine insofar as keeping the spinning wheels blurred. However, for stopping the linear motion you should probably not shoot slower than 1/125, plus pan as as best you can.
In other words, just keep doing what you did in that last shot!
