I haven't posted in this forum in a while. I just started portfolio building and wanted to share some of my recent images.

It's nerve racking but I'm having a lot of fun. I just got the 5D, some images here are with it and others with my Rebel XT.

I am brand spanking new to studio lighting so my lighting is pretty lame on the studio shots. Love it, but tons and tons to learn.

CC appreciated.

Great job! Very sharp and nice colors. Good light. 3-8 are my faves. That look in 7 is great. What studio lighting did you use?

Wonderful looking family! Your dog has the appearance of a wise old gentleman (probably a female, lol) Thanks for sharing.

I really like all of the shots. The only thing I'd change, is to include the edge of the chair in #2. You may not be all that confident with studio lighting, but who needs to be with outdoor shots like yours?

Your outdoor shots are amazing! Did you just take these with natural lighting, or did you your speedlight?

Fabulous photos!! I might have taken the shock the barking dog contraption off him pfor the photo, but the colors, contrast and exposure are just wonderful!

Great shots! Fantastic colours and light. I like #7 and #8 best.
The only doubt I have is whether such high level of sharpening is really necessary. For me it almost borders on distortion. In print I am sure it looks OK.
