Copyright Action/script

Can anyone recommend a great script that will place a transparent text into the center of a photo for copyright protection.

Anyway; at that site, look for 'Digital Watermark Branding'.
Watch the quicktime movie, download the action, and adjust it, so the watermark ends up in the center instead of the lower right corner.

Downloaded it yesterday but couldnt get action to appear. No instructions with it :(

In PS, go to the action palette, click the triangle in the upper right, in the drop down menu, there is 'load actions'.
I think there are instructions in the Quicktime movie.
