I have been givenone know anyt a General Electric Exposure Meter. Does anyone know anything about this meter? :?:

It is black, 2"X4", one meter that measures in light values (foot candles) 0-70. a small door on the top(?) or hood. there are three dial that are interconnected (or oare on top of each other.
