Taken late summer early in morning the light at this time is amazing and the misty start to the day helps

I like this a lot. The lines leading into the depth, and diagonal leading from one straw ball to the other give a very nice compositional aspect. Lots of areas of interest with none being intrusive or overly eye catching - making it smooth and easy to explore the whole scene. The light ist excellent and going for B/W here is, im ho, a good idea. There are enough textures and structures, no need for colors. Thanks for sharing.
cheers

oh wow! rim lighting on the haybale courtesy of mother nature and a good eye. The depth/distance sucks you in.
The tree line on left maybe would benefit from a little burning at furthest distance to darken slightly?

This photo is truely and inspiration. And the fact that I was born in Indiana and wish to move back to somewhere more quiet some day makes me like it that much more.
