Wow-very nice! I love the third and fifth..what an expression! Reminds me of the angry bluebird poster. Well done! Where in the country or out are you? Never heard of a redlegged thrush or kingbird.

Thank you very much Karen... I lived in New Hampshire up until 10 years ago and now live in Nassau, The Bahamas.... The Red Legged Thrush and Kingbirds are mostly found on the Islands of the West Indies...The Red Legged Thrush made my head spin for a second look when I first saw one as I couldn't believe how loud the reds were.... They are pretty much fearless which allows you to get pretty close without them taking to flight..... I am glad you liked the shots, and appreciate your feedback....Take care...Alex

Hi Chris:D Thanks a lot man I appreciate it..... I lived in Groton for years....It is great to hear from a fellow New Englander.... Of course I eventually went south to be warm in the winters. But I do miss New Englanders. Glad you liked these shots........Take care.....Alex

They are all excellent, but it's #5 for me too. He's just too relaxed. Must be the island life. :)

Small world too. I worked at Electric Boat there in Groton back in the 60's. :D

Good shots of the mockingbird Alex, and I was privileged to view and photograph this beauty of a bird in Washington just a few weeks back.
