I have a old nikon coolpix 885 that has over 100,000 photos on it.After around 75000 it had so many hot spots that it looked like a old IBM punch card and i was going to trash it.I then went and changed the mode to B/W. It got rid off all the color spots and the white ones are on the edge anyway. It now is great and i like B/W anyway and i can use it a lot for landscape and some macro work. Iam glad i save this old camera,What do you think??? Tealblue
