You will love it I have the 2.8 IS and love it one of the best lenses I have. :D

I just recently picked up the 2.8 non IS also...LOVE it!!

Me too! Like last month I traded my f4 version and 28-80 L for the 70-200mm L f2.8 and never looked back. How did I "trade" it? I simply sold my other two lenses and bought it of course, the best way to trade a lens.
