Seen quite a few shots of these from the States under the name of Chickadees. I believe, could be wrong, they are a bit rarer over here and so I was very happy to get this shot.

He appears to be banded..Nice pose, composition, colors and BG. .Very nice!

Wow, that's very interesting. Very close to our Chickadee, but ours has a much wider bib below the chin. Nice shot. :)

Wow, that's very interesting. Very close to our Chickadee, but ours has a much wider bib below the chin. Nice shot. :)
There's quite a variety of chickadees. The markings on the torso are the most noticable differences.

lkb-28, If only I could compete with Airedale1. He produces shot after shot and most, if not all, are excellent. But one day.........!
abigailandsam, I really must get myself some noise reduction software. The weather in the U.K. is changeable to say the least. I have nearly worn out the ISO dial on my camera !
