Yeah Nice photos but you got a bit of PS work and cropping work to do on them. I'm sure you could make them better but good try. I hope you don't mind but i played with one of your pics for a few seconds in Photoshop just to show ya what you can do and I'm by no means a expert.. hehe.

Good start. On your way, take a detour through here: A few Car Lighting Tips (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=70290) ;)

not bad but find the bits of intruding kerb stone a bit distracting. Nidz's PS version works well.

Hey
thanks for the compliments and the suggestions.
i really like the photoshops Nidz, these were straight from the camera with no PPing (except for plate number removal).
it is a 1990 GT-FOUR A. soon the wheels are making way for 17X8" rims so i can put on my new brembo brakes. also a 3" DP and 3" exhaust await. and a few other things.
mijbril i would love to see your GT4

Very nice! All-trac? My friend's favourite car. Mine is the SW20 that shares the same heart I think.....?

SWEET car!

I would kill for one of those cars. I've had a DSM, unreliable. I've had a Toyota (Scion tC), boring.
But an Alltrac is reliable and a riot!

yes the MR2 and the AllTrac/GT4 have the same engine, the 3SGTE.
i have a AW11 (1st gen 1989) MR2 with a 2.2L stroker 3SGTE that i am going to be using for drag racing.
thanks for the compliments guys
and Nicksimcheck my friend has a 1990 Talon with a Evo RS swap in it, pretty darn quick.

racketman, If you want to show something that you haven't personally shot, you can just post a link to it. (C) issues?
IMAGE POSTING RULES (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=74718) with a 2.2L stroker Stroked 135 cid? Seems sort of like an oxymoron to a dyed in the wool Mopar guy! :D
OK, I'll just shut up now. http://photo.klein-jensen.dk/smilies/banplease.gif

Sorry Mike & Nidz, but he doesn't have "Image Editing" enabled?
Actually Mike makes a good point. If you have PS & time on your hands, give this a try:

Nice tidy ST185 :)
I have an ST215 Caldina which has the gen-4 3SGTE. Must take some decent pics now that I've got a DSLR :)
oh, and for everyone who would 'love' one, come live in NZ.. they're all over the place :)

Thanks for the comments again guys, really appreciate them.
and momentz i would LOVE a ST215 for sure that in my garage with a ST165, ST185 and ST205 but one can only dream, well you can actually do it so i can only dream!
and don't worry PhotoGuy i know 2.2L isn't exactly a big engine but turbocharged and it can be a giant killer.

Yeah, I feel the same way, and I'm finishing up making my 2.0 to a 2.3, but that's a 15% increase, but it'll be able to spin a larger turbo much faster, and build a little more torque down low (600-700hp is my goal, the bottom end was built to handle 800 whp).
Did you convert to RHD, or import it that way? I drove a RHD development vehicle several years back here in the US and hated it as it was a pain to make left hand turns. I had no problem adapting to the controls, but just dealing with traffic in that seat made driving a pita.

Nope all original straight from japan, i am not a big fan of conversions and such.
what car do you own scotthidley?
i got used to the RHD so it is no problem for me now to do anything. My MR2 is also a RHD.

You wouldn't happen to be the guy around here would you? The all-trac I'm thinking of is silver with one of the headlights used as a air intake and has a really loud BOV.
