Well, this is my latest try at a photo session. How did i do?
And Gail, it took me over 100 shots to get these three and they arent anything special so just take lots and lots of shots. One or two will make it! :)

I love that black cat attitude, he looks like he come off a cartoon movie.
I know how hard it is to take some "pets" in photo, so i think its pretty good. I think you can improve these photo using Brightness/Contrast.

Way to go :)

Sorry forgot to say that they are a bit too "Dark" since one of the cat is black.

Warman,
Well they look pretty dang good to me. I love the second one. The cats eyes, just really stand out very good shots. What settings did you use? and did you use flash? I really like them by the way very pretty cats.
I have a black cat also but can never get any good photo's of her she is a little on the wild, side. :P

Here are the settings i used:

Canon Powershot G5
Shooting Mode
Aperture-Priority AE
Photo Effect Mode
Off
Tv( Shutter Speed )
1/8
Av( Aperture Value )
3.2
Metering Mode
Evaluative
Exposure Compensation
0
ISO Speed
200
Focal Length
7.2 mm
Flash
Off
White Balance
Auto

I havent used flash lately for indoor shots cause they just seem to burn subjects. Lately i have used the strobe just as a fill flash.
So, most of the shots i tremble and they are become blured. I decided to switch to ISO 200 after about 50 shots and it doesnt show too much noise i guess it worked. And remember that it took me a LOT of shots to get these so. Check out my website, i have a lots of pictures of my cats there. Do you have a web gallery of your shots?
