I just got an E-mail from Wally.
Apparently, he got in an argument with a ski-do. He said he is doing well, and is on the mend.
I told him to take care of himself, and he would be in our prayers.

Actually it was a tabletop water fountain that had clear "diving boards" that were internally lit and staggered from side to side, with water that flowed over them, dark room, long exposure, I got several neat shots but liked this one the best...gotta love digital...would have never tried that with film....

Becky, is that "Frank Loyd Wright?" Difficult to see for me but the rest is great! Yellows are a tough one to get right.
Timber Wolf track found an hour from home. My hand measures 5.25 inches across the knuckles when laid flat. This track suggests a beast in about the 200 pound mark maybe even bigger and that's a big dog anywhere. Really wish it were an untouched wilderness but...
Cat, am I looking at a sky that has been altered? Nice effect.

Terri its a easy thing to do that why I can do it haha ..its a transparacy and in my program it has a adjust button for the amount of transperancy you want So the bottom layer I choose the pic I want for it then I insert a photo the top pic and then add the transparency after that I add the words ..highlight edges before or after ..doesn't matter except each gives a differant effect .Hope this helps ..Enjoy your day~

Along the sea wall in Stanley Park Vancouver BC. I've yet to watch them doing the rock balancing but the results are fascinating to me. Some interesting web sites devoted to the art of rock balancing I've found but any time I try it they fall over never mind piling them several high! :)

There's a bit of a story to this photo.
Many years ago I lived next door to a young girl. One day a stray dog turned up in her front yard. It had obviously been mistreated and she begged her parents to let her keep it. After many weeks of nursing it back to good health, they became constant companions and it would follow her everywhere.
She had that dog for about 2 years and then one day when she came home from school she found her dog lying in the backyard....not moving. As she got closer to the dog she could see that it had been shot with an arrow and was barely breathing.
Her parents rushed the dog to the local vet and it was decided that the best thing for the dog was to have it put down. I will never forget her face when she came home that day.
The photo is not mine, but the words are. This is for Maureen.....

OK... I need CC on these. They are to be framed as a set for my sister. Anything need to be changed before I print?
Live Well
Laugh Often
Love Much
New here....and who am I to question the thoughts and meaning of others  .
However, "Love Much" doesn't quite do it for me....perhaps change it to "Love Always" ?

Comments are always welcome. Always. ;)
The whole phrase "Live well, laugh often, love much" was a common saying in my home when I was growing up. My mom has it HUGE written on the wall above the dining room.
I made the fixes suggested here, printed them, then gave them to my sister yesterday.
Incidentally.... and I find it incredibly funny...
that same day, my sister gave me a cute little trinket that says " Wine much, laugh often" She knows me well.:p
(She didn't know I was making the photos for her, it was a total coincidence.)

I tried to get the back ground invisible but didn't come thru that way. OK a wee edit and... didn't work. Wrong RGB numbers to match the background here. Anyone know what the correct ones are?

Ahh...in that case, editing it would make it meaningless.
I don't think I'd want to share the family sayings that went around our home :)
