Monopod help

I've always been a hand held photographer but I now have a Sigma 50-500 on a canon 30D and need a monopod. I am looking for some advice, and maybe a good online shop in Australia.
Mostly I do nature photography (including bushwalking) and I am 6ft3in tall.

I am very happy with the Feisol monopod and Manfrotto lens in my sig. Very good quality, very useful and all at a great price.
