The flash is harsh and the right side of his face appears out of focus.

white balance is a bit off and the focus isn't quite right.. good pose and smile...

tHIS WAS A CROP FROM A SHOT TAKEN WHILE HE WAS MOVING maybe that explains the side of face being out of focus and I used a pop up flash all in all I liked the capture of his smile .Thanks for the input .
