Chinese Ver. Language pack

HI all,
I having make Chinese ver. language pack now, (Finish 50%)
will be release in a few day.
but i found some problem.

First, Chinese language have tradition character and normal character,
it is two different character set (Big5 and GB)
Big5 - for Hong Kong, Tawain and Macau
GB - For China mainland,
In the gallery , just one item on this.
now i just only make tradition chartacter (BIG5) , because i am Macau.

Second, This gallery not support all chinese character, this problem is still investgate, I will try my best to find out the problem.

You can also search on google for "UTF-8 Big5 GB convert"

Chinese pack update ,
basically, the pack was finished for Big5 code

I already try to use UTF-8 before, but it will effect the date display in the gallery.

i am still investgating about chinese special character problem. i will try my best to do it.

I am also doing the Chinese translation in Hong Kong (60% completed)

I also encountered some Chinese Character translation problem. I found that I need to change those "print ee_translate_c" into "print ee_translate_a" in some php files, then the translation problem is gone.

I am not good at programming, and I don't understand. I just got it by trial and error.

I am working on Traditional Chinese.

Yes, I changed the php codes (only the print "ee_translate_c" code) in some php files such as gear.php, list.php, photo.php and photodetails.php.

For example, in gear.php, I changed "print ee_translate_c" in line 314 into "print ee_translate_a", then the gear page will work fine in Chinese.

Without the change, EE shows wrong chinese character.
