Do you want to have any input?

I get orders emailed to me and I then sort them, or do you want no input whatsoever.

Gary!

Another norfolk person :O :O

A full automated system would be great however if a piece of software handled everything then I had to sort the printing thats ok..

WHat do you use?

What printing service do ou use??

Thanks

yep, from a wet and windy Kings Lynn - and thats just the Summer

I use the EOS template for selling photos. Point your mouse at http://www.eostemplate.com/eos/index.html BTW, its nothing to do with Canon cameras of that name. I get a couple of emails with every order - one gives details of the order (what size, delivery address etc) and the other confirms payment. Costs, I think, about £50 and nothing else ever to pay.

There are several companies that will sort everything out for you, but they do take a cut of all orders placed. http://www.everybodysmile.biz/ and https://www.theimagefile.com/?Action=SU&skin=2&type=0 are a couple of examples

Have a look at Photobox Pro Gallery functions.

In its simplest form AFAIK you can set up you Gallery and add whatever profit to the base printing prices. That way you keep your involvement in the printing and mailing process to zero but knowing the print quality and service is good.

HTH :)

Thanks for the replies guys :)

The only problem with the Photobox Pro gallery is that there will be a few photographers managing their own accounts on the site and we'll be using our own template..

Gary - Who do you use to print?

........ and the fact they have their prices to you available for anyone to see with a couple of clicks. Do you want your customers to know that the print you sold them for £100 cost you £5. Most understand that you need to turn a profit, but you dont need to let them know exactly how much.

I use three different labs so it depends on what size I'm having prints made. I also dye-sub a lot of my prints
