Could some of you more experienced folks offer advice on cutting down the noise in this photo, please. I've still got the raw file and I've been playing with this jpg in photoshop, but I can't really seem to get it much better. Then again, I'm just a baby with pshop as well!

I like the isolation of the branch and the totally out of focus background. It gives it an almost 3-dimensional quality.

I stared at it too long and started losing myself.

I don't see any noise... but I'm on my laptop, and it's not very accurate for viewing photos.

I don't see the noise here. sometimes I can only see it if I zoom in. You might go to Neat Image site and download their trial version. It is easy to use and clears up a lot of noise if you have it.

Yeah, I think that you are just lying to yourself about noise. It looks great even though I have no expertise to tell you that.

OK everyone, just stare at the branch and tell me that you don't see something 3D in that. It looks very nice. I am going to try that soon.
