I want to rotate a flat object so that when I place it over another image it will apear like it is in perspective or going into the distance? If you can understand what I mean???

Thats the one. Thanks , I looked for hours in PS last night and came up with nothing.
tim, I should have said something like this, I wanted change angles (rotating ) an image in three dimensions and put some perspective on the image.
