Multiblitz minilite 200 misfire

Hi All,
I decided to get some cheap strobes to start "my home studio" which I
found 2 Multibliz Minilite 200 very cheap.

I now notice one stobe misfires about once every 5 shots where all I here
is a quiet ping and I see a small spark on the wire that is around the globe.
This happens even when I just press the red test button on the back of the strobe.

Please excuse my igonorance as these are my first stobes :)

Does this mean that the globe is on its way out or is there something
else I need to look at.

If this is a used unit, it needs something replaced. Possibly a flash tube, and those can require sending in rather than self replacement. and can be pricey.

Hi Wilt,
I decided to pull it apart (nothing to loose) and did notice the bulb
was very hard to replace and requires a lot of solidering. Thank god
one of the stobes is good!!!!
I guess I might to keep trying to see if there is something else wrong with it?
