Does anyone use them? How are they? How should I process my images for them?
Thanks,
Ovi

Hello,
I do most of my processing at my local Sams Club. They do a very nice job. Here are a few notes on processing files.
1) 300DPI Files (Ie: 4x6 Print, use a 1200x1800 image size)
2) No embedded ICC Profiles
3) Use Color profile from www.DryCreekPhoto.com for your local Sams otherwise use SRGB as your colorspace if your local store hasn't been profiled.
4) If your local Sams is using a Fuji Frontier plan on your pictures being saturated. In fact give them some test shots so you have an idea of what the output will look like in the future.
Good luck and enjoy their services, I have found them to be excellent considering the price and speed of their services.

I am very happy with my local Sam's Club. They have a Fujifilm Frontier 370 and the results are very good. Color management is a bit of a problem, but at $.20 a print (or even $1.80 for an 8 x 10) I am willing to do a little trial and error.
The Alladin kiosk that they use will only accept photos that are in a 2 x 3 aspect ratio. Unfortunately, that means that I cannot crop for 5 x 7 or 8 x 10 at home.
Wal Mart also uses the same equipment (although more expensive). And, the new machine they just installed seems to have a Fujifilm Alladin system that is newer (and slightly newer) than the Sam's I go to. I need to experiment and see if I can take 8 x 10s directly to them.

Love them for my 4x6 prints but for larger prints I have another local printer who has better color management. Hard to beat the price.

Thanks for the input. I will have to find out what my store has.
