i recently purchased a canon i560 printer and am using the canon photopaper plus glossy. when i use the canon easy-photoprint software, all my pictures come out with a yellow tint to them...i doubled checked the settings in the software and did check the correct paper which is canon photopaper plus glossy. when i just select glossy photo paper, when using the canon photopaper plus the yellow tint isnt so bad. is there an advanced setting somewhere in the easy photo prints software im missing?
also when i print using windows xp and not the easy photoprint software, im able to go into printing preferences and change the print quality to high, change the photo paper to canon photopaper plus glossy and get a different output from the i560....the yellow tint isnt there.... is the easy photoprint software just bad, or am i missing something....i have searched the web and havnt found anyone experiencing the same problem...

i have read some things about calibrating my monitor..will this help the print quality??????

Greetings! I am new to this forum and am experiencing the same exact thing on my i9900 with Easy-PhotoPrint.

Any ideas?

I have a canon i560 and tested kodak, canon, hp, and epson photo paper and found epson to produce the best print quaity - by far. And where I am Epson is also the cheapest for high glossy 4x6 paper.

As an update to my previous post-

I am getting this yellow tint when printing from Photoshop & Windows directly, not just Easy-PhotoPrint. I've been printing many test prints on various papers (Red River, Canon, FreePhotoPaper.com...), and the yellow tint is very annoying on most of the prints.

Is anyone else getting this problem?

Thank you.
