:D To dark to shoot outside so looking around the house of things to shoot. had the camera {XTI and 60mm f/2.8 marco lens} a little over a week now and it's like a drug, can't get enought of it.

I know the feeling, its addictive. I still think a bit more effort could go into the second shot thoughh with regards lighting and setting. Still life gives you a chance to be more creative in many ways than out in the wild bug shots.

thanks for the input, just shooting at different settings to learn more about the camera and lens, i know i have to work on being more creative with the shots. again thanks for the input. pos

Hiya Pos,
Nice couple of shots, know how you feel about this being addictive, I get frustrated when I can't get out to shoot, we've got Gales & lashing rain here yet again so I'm keeping my eyes open for that spider that runs across the floor now & again.
I love #2 it sorta reminds me of me on sunnier days down by the river with my rods.

Bandit 1, the weather here in kentucky is nuts. Yesterday was in the low 20's and today in the high 40's, time to get out doors and see what i can find.If i find anything interesting i'll post.
