This was the first time I ever attended a trackday and wasn't riding! I figured I'd try to take some shots. I'm working with a Canon A610 point and shoot, but did what I could by setting the shutter speed to 1/2500. They still came out a little grainy, but then again I was in digital zoom.

Pretty good shots. It would have been ideal if you had a 300mm2.8 or something like that to get a closer crop and nice out of focus background, but I wish I had one of those too. Good work.
