Okay, here's a picture I took not long ago on a fieldtrip. We were outside on a slightly overcast day. What kind of comments can you give? Is this a good picture? Bad? What should I have done differently? What kinds of PP would help?

it looks good to me..If you could have used a reflector to add a little light around the eyes maybe… but other over all it’s a good picture

Hope you don't mind my edit but bump the color sat up 10 percent and drop the curves just a hair. Good shot by the way.

it looks very natural to me and i like his attention with smthg else. good headshot.

Me personally I dont think its either a good or bad picture. It does not tell a story to me and looks more like a snapshot to me rather than a portrait. I actually like shooting with a very large light source like an overcast sky but you need to make the photo a little more interesting. Its also a very tight crop to his head and his eyes have the deadeye problem.
