Here are from the Suffocation (NYC), Hypocrisy (Sweden) and Decapitated (Poland) show in Seattle 12/05/2006. Links to full sets will follow the photos. Please check them out when you have the time, feedback is always appreciated. If you are going to post images to other forums please use the blizzardbeast.com photos or you run the risk of red x's :)

All photos were taken from the balcony of Studio Seven (a smallish venue that was packed with a sold out crowd of 550) with a Canon EOS 20d with either the EF-S 17-85 or a Sigma 70-200 EX f2.8. The venue has no front lighting with the exception of two stationary pots with red gels. One of these days I'm going to get some "L" glass but until I can save up enough money to buy a house that will have to wait.

Well...what's to say...they really get out in the world...

I'd bet they head down to possibly Tahoe, or SF or LA and maybe even Vegas...I'll have to check their web sites to see their schedules...It's good to see a group team up their efforts.

One has some action too it...
While in Photo #2. There is some room for trying various framing methods of the subject...
Three: has a pretty good audience and band interaction, while the blue lights add a lot of depth to it...

#4. Drummer shots are tough to get to begin with...It's a pretty good shot of him...

#5...again, the lights add great depth...and make for a very good stage shot...

#6. This area of photography is more attune to Blackshadow, or Narlus or Livewire just to mention a few who from this Forum who favor the guitarist's hair motion technique...

#7. Is a good action photo of every one on stage...If you run into them...(Decaps.) I speak and write a bit of Polish...if they need some translations...It certainly would be a goof...
