Does "Second curtain sync" work with the 10D and t

Does "Second curtain sync" work with the 10D and the 550ex?

I just noticed the internal flash is working correctly on my 10D when I set CF-15 to
'1' but with any of my 550's it doesn't fire . I'm sure I've shot
this way before and it worked. ANY IDEAS out there ? I re-set everything
on my 10D and tried 3 - 550's so I guess it's the 10D. If this broke I
probably will throw the 10D into the lake! I'm on my 2nd 10D from
"Canon repair" and I'm NEVER sending another body to them for repair.

The manual says this function can be used to obtain 2nd curtain
sync even with EX series Speedlights which do not have this capability.

Sorry, had to vent. Does everyone elses 10D work with
the 550 ( CF-15) ?

I was under the impression that second curtain can be set on the 550EX anyway - perhaps it needs setting on there, not on the camera...

It certainly works fine with both my internal flash, and the 420EX - will test it with a MT-24EX if that'll help you at all...

I looked and my 550 doesn't have a way to set it to 2nd curtain. Thanks for checking, It's probably my 10D :( :cry: :(
