Well, friends of the family have asked me to go out with them and take a bunch of photos that they can use as christmas gifts. Ive never done this before and even know I know them all, im a little nervous. Their will be 5 of them.

I said we could go to the Park and the Beach etc because of the nice scenery.

I only have 2 Lens' but I would be better off using the 70-200 right?

I want to give this a good go because I could start to make a Portfolio hopefully.

Thanks.

I'd say use your 70-200, it's yummy for portraits and gives you a nice DOF. Plus it gives the family more "room" to be themselves when they don't have a camera up their nose.

Right ok. Sounds good. Just a quick bump as the shoot is Sunday. I guess throwing humour etc in would be good? I dont have a good Tripod, so im hoping standing will be ok. It has been up until now, but this is for real so to speak.
